P Funk question for all you Funkateers?

What do you think of P Funk All Star drummer Gabe Gonzalez? I think he has such flair behind the kit & holds a deep groove. By far the most exciting & entertaining drummer of any of P Funks modern day drummers... & I'm just wondering why we don't see him play out with George outside of the 420 Funk Mob line-up? any thoughts?
