Shampoo or conditioner ruined my hair?

Inside these shampoos and conditioner and it friend and frizzed my hair its not from heat products because i don't use them and I've just deposed the conditioner was for coloured hair and I've never dyed my hair.... Is this permanent?? What can I do? I don't wanna go to the hairdresses cus theyll want to cut of my long hair ... I'm so upset please help I've tried conditioner forten minutes and it hasn't worked:(
