Well, because its legal for them 2do so..Its not really there fault at all, Its the people who take these patches who are at fault, they need to read the info. given to them, about this drug, and what could possibily happen, also, people miss-use these patches, that is wat really happens, okay..People out there are in terrible pain, for watever reason, and need these patches, other than taking a pill, up to 4-6x's a day, the patch usually lasts 3 days..
