Ok i know what the best diet is exercise, but what else is there besides pills that will help you lose weight?

I am a nusring major and yes i know about biochemistry and nutrition, i have not much time for exercise does anyone know of a website for meal planning, or some diet strategies or something to help lose weight, I am not obese I would like to lose about 15 pounds. I don't want to do the Atkins thing as it is not a healthy diet.
