Had a miscarriage need help with fiance?

i just had a miscarriage. My fiance was so happy about the pregnancy and it seemed like he really cared about me. but after i got further along in my pregnancy he started getting bitter and paid less attention to my needs and focused his attention on drinking. now that ive miscarried he hasnt even asked me once if im okay or how im feeling since it happened. I in return have asked him and ive held and comforted him and ive got nothing in reutrn please help how do i fix this how do i get the attention and comort i need from him im going out of my mind and im so lost and hurt.
