Is this normal? (IUD question)?

Yesterday i was having some moderate "period" cramping. I usually start my period pretty much immediatly once the cramping starts, now.. more than 24 hours later the cramping has stopped and no sign of a period. I have had my IUD in for 4 months. Is this normal or should I take a pregnancy test? (ive been steadily ually active since late may)
