NCAA Transfer Rules....?

Last year i went to a branch campus and participated in baseball. They did not have any ncaa affiliation last year. They played in the United States Collegiate Athletic ociation. I know I used up 1 year of eligibility and have 3 years remaining. I transferred to the main campus which is a division 1 baseball program and walk on try outs are coming up. Do i have to sit out a year before i can play or can i play right away?
