Really painfull Urinary Tract Infection... something is wrong.?

Since you have had surgery in this area, you could have some scar tissue and because of the frequent infections, the urethra has now narrowed, only allowing the urine to come out in spurts or this could be bladder spasms causing this. You need to go see a urologist and probably need a cystoscopy to either stretch this area back out so that your symptoms decrease. When there is a narrowing in any area, this is not a lifetime fix - it usually narrows again several times in your lifetime and you need to have repeat procedures done to keep this tube (the urethra) open and functioning correctly. Just make sure you are drinking lots and lots of water - concentrated urine can cause the burning sensation at the end of voiding (peeing).
