Ok. 2 clips for a 9mm,how many rounds?

30 rounds correct? this piece of crap that killed 12 and injured 31. 12 plus 31 equals 43 rounds...he never reloaded... theres 13 extra rounds... where did they come from?? only one shooter?? hmmmm dosent add up ..
