What do Independent Christians think of this new version of Pascal's Wager?

Anti-Catholic Christians who have a simple prayer to become saved also seem to say that once saved, always saved. But, for those who like the "just in case" aspect of Pascal's wager would advise those people to then become Catholic, just in case works are necessary. You can't lose your salvation if the first method worked. So, is converting to Catholicism afterward a good idea?
