ATI Radeon x1650 Pro Stops!?

Before you remove your original GPU you must uninstall/disable the driver to get back to basic vga driver mode. Then power off your computer, remove the old video card and install the new one. When you power up, windows will tell you it detected new hardware. Put in new Driver CD that came with the 1650 and install. (failure to remove/disable the original 9550 driver may cause conflicts with the second/new card.)
