Why do white trash families raise trash, while people from affluent areas have kids that have cl?

What is the reason behind this? Education? I mean I always wondered why white trash families always have kids who have behavior problems. Product of their environment? In life I have compared people. Take a kid who grows up around bikers and they will be alot more rough around the edges and more likely to drink and be loud and swear. Raise a kid in an affluent suburb who goes to private school and more than likely they will act more mature.
