Light and heat.?

If you placed a large mirror (almost the same size as the window) inside a room, a few inches away from the window, facing towards the outside, it would presumably reflect most (all?) of the light striking it back out through the window. But would it also reflect out of the room most (all?) of the heat ociated with the light striking it?
