Buy a home with co-signer?

I just purchased a home with condition to finance. My in-laws whom have excellent credit are co-signing for me. My question is I had a bankruptcy in 2006 it was fine and I was properly discharged. I have leased a car and thought that it would help my credit since but it was a in house lease and was never reported to Equafax. So since I have bad credit but my in-laws have amazing credit should I be able to get a prime interest rate for my mortgage?

*QUICK POLL* I have two questions in this poll *QUICK POLL* Click here it's a science/politics poll?

1. I think human activity accounts for some, but not all Global Warming. Definitely not a hoax. It's happening, it's been happening and it will continue to happen. 2. I'll go with the last option. I'm not qualified to say that there's no such thing as a Supreme Creator of the universe. I just think that if there is one, it would be nothing like any human ever imagined.

Half Double Crochet Problem?

At the end of a row, you chain 2 to start the next row. You then turn. After you turn, the ch2 counts as the first stitch in the row. Work your hdc in the second stitch. You now have two stitches on that row, the ch2 (counting as the first stitch) and the hdc. Continue to work the hdc in each stitch across, including the ch2 from the previous row at the end. Count the stitches--you should have the same number on this row that you did on the previous row.
